Our policy lasts 14 days for exchange only. We do not offer returns on purchases.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require the order number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide you with further instructions.
Shipping:
To send us your product, please wait for our confirmation with the details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending the item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We can’t guarantee the receipt of an item if we can’t track it.
